Unfortunately, delays do occur, and they are frequently beyond our control. Although we cannot be held liable for delivery delays, we do our best to notify our clients of any potential issues as soon as possible to minimise any disruption.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
